Why do they think it's ok to give customers cold fries. The whole point of pickup for me is so my food is hot. Customer have so... many places to choose from with good food. So if I choose A1 why can't they do what their supposed to do. I done with theirbusiness,I should of never went back. Read more

Absolutely painful to place an order; we must have repeated ourselves at least 4 times trying to get our order in, then we... repeated our address 4 more times (after they tried to hangup before asking for it, then read the wrong address back tous)...the food better be good or they'll lose a star...
