The worst Wendy's ever. Unfortunately, I have been here at least two times and it sucks every time. I tried to give them chances... because my friends enjoy Wendy's, so we go there for their deals on food prices, but the attitude and quality is NEVER good. Theworkers are not nice; you can tell they hate their jobs. Inside dining is always closed or the whole place is closed by 4pm.Order seems to always be incorrect / missing something. I just don't understand how this location is so bad when the area isnice and it doesn't seem to be that busy of a location. Read more

This marks the 2nd time that I've been to this store and ordered items that come with bacon on them. Both times I was met at... the speaker with unfriendliness, and the items that I've ordered did not come with the bacon on them and were Luke warm at best. The asiago chicken i ordered tasted like it was hours old. Cold, dry , and difficult to eat. Absolutely absurd. Avoid thisplace of business. Read more

Their drive through was closed because they were short on people; however I was in an RV so I called them up and the manager let... me inside their nice lobby to take my order. The whole process took about 4 minutes and I was blown away by how helpful andnice they were. Best Wendy's experience I have had in a long time. 5 stars for customer service and willingness to help. I?m a dasher and this store and most Wendy?s for that matter are terrible. They don?t have enough staff to even unlock the... lobby. Seriously!!! They don?t care about delivery drivers at all. They want us to sit in a very slow line and even thoughthey?ve had the order for 20 min before I get to the drive thru speaker they don?t start the order until I get there. Everyother restaurant can figure out how to take care of customers and delivery customers. Many restaurants even keep the lobby openspecifically for drivers to pick up orders. This is such an easy concept for every other restaurant to understand. When I tellthem the issue they just say, ?that?s not how our system works?. Well management need to change the system. Order was wrong . They put put cheese on my burger . I can not have cheese. They only gave us 1 fry. My husband got home and we... had to go all the way back. Rachael(manager) refused to remake both burgers. I explained that my husbands would be cold shestill refused. It was a terrible inconvenience for us to return . Stay clear . Extremely rude drive through attendants. The man that took my order in drive thru was rude. Then when I pulled up the woman was... extremely short w me and wouldn't give me straws for our frostys. She just stared me down and kept rolling her eyes. All I didwas ask for straws for our 4 Frosties and she gave me 3. When I asked for a 4th I got attitude. I don't understand how this isacceptable. I barely said anything to both people. My entire order was 4 frosties. I don't get it. I'll stick w QT across thestreet from now on. Read more

We weren?t sure if we could eat inside so my husband asked and was told we could. Everyone was so incredibly nice and the... restaurant was so clean. Food was good as well. Happy to see the lobby open again! Read more
