They certainly live up to their commercials...We have started visiting the location in Ballwin Mo and OMG the proffessionalism... and enthusiasm smack you in the face as soon as you walk in the door. This is a drinker's paradise!! they have everything ....Myfiance and I went last nite we purchased a nice amount of very fine selections once we got to the car I was putting the itemsaway and the box we had fell apart...over half the items fell and broke and were destroyed! Im sure the parking lot was a happycamper!!..At any rate we went back in and explained what happened and Lawrence StClair and the managament went straight to workno questions asked!! they came back with all the replacement items and said I'll trade ya! Omg the feeling of being a valuedcustomer was resonated to it highest! I look forward to shopping here for allll my spirit needs and highly reccommend theBallwin store if not only because of the volume of selection but the even bigger volume of hospitality and customer service!!!
