The outside equipment was broken. Had to move to another stall. Probably should have blocked it off.

They are a hit and miss on the workers attitudes. Some are nice and some are really upset sounding. Also they run out of items... on the menu alot more than some restaurants in this area. Including the fact I know some items are hard to get right now. Thismay or may not be the issue. Not sure . I have had them be really accommodating at times and other times really abrupt sounding.We are all human I know. So this is my review. I will keep going back though. Read more

Opens generally at 6:00 AM, the GM Jeremy personally was cooking and bringing the food out. Nice guy, he made point to introduce... himself and ask how the day was going. Good food too. Read more

Average sonic experience. The restaurant was very dirty, especially the bathrooms. If you use the womens make sure you have... your phone nearby because the door doesn't want to open. The motzerella sticks tasted like fish blah. Read more

Not good. Got the chicken slinger and it was not as pictured. In the pic it looked like a full size sandwich but the one I got... was kids meal sized, was not put together right, missing correct sauce, etc. We had to go back twice because they shorted us onnapkins and no ketchup. Fries were not quite crispy on the outside and mushy on the inside and I don't think they were salted atall. Wife's #1 burger had no flavor. -------------------------- To "the owner" that responded... I'm really confused by yourmessage. I put my review against the franchise that I had the issue with and I detailed the issues I experienced. Why do youneed me to call some number and report what I've already reported? If you actually work for Sonic, as I'm assuming you do, whyisn't there some process already in place to move reviews like mine into the official channels so that they "hold the drive-inaccountable"? Shouldn't that be YOUR job? If you all cared about quality at all, you'd have taken care of the next stepsalready. Read more

Hands down the best totchos I've ever had at a Sonic. I've been eating this item at various locations across Texas and Arkansas... and they are all disappointing compared to this one. This one had the perfect amount of filler, the perfect amount of sauce, theperfect amount of tots, and was just all-around delicious. The staff was also extremely nice and the food was quick. I've comeback since to confirm that they will make it the same way again and they did. Definitely recommend. Read more
