This location has a very rude worker named emily... she asked me to put my mask up and I did.. then when I walked away she... decides to go make a smart comment which I could clearly hear to other workers say stupid people won't wear masks. I had the worst experience this morning at this location. I repeated my order to the barista five times because she couldn't... hear me. She mentioned it was really loud inside the booth. I advised Supervisor Rudy to lower the music a bit since the baristacouldn't hear me and music was loud. Regreted doing that since he made me wait 30mns for my order, after 30mns I askedSupervisor Rudy how much longer I needed to wait for my order. He then asked me AGAIN what my order was because somethinghappened and they didn't have my order. Never had I experienced such incompetent Baristas/Supervisors. I'm not sharing this to get anyone into trouble, not a karen, I just hope that the people that work at this Starbucks read this... so they know. I have Celiac Disease, and the last few times I've visited this location and asked questions about itemscontaining gluten or wheat an employee laughed or scoffed at me. Since this is right by Kaiser, a medical facility, it might bebest to be sensitive to different people's dietary needs and not mock them. I am not gluten-free because of some fad, I amgluten-free because it makes me very sick if I eat it, even small amounts. Please be kind, as your sign says. Thank you. Read more
