I had a really really good experience during my visit this past weekend. You don?t expect much from a fast food joint but the... staff at this Jack in the Box really went above and beyond to provide the best service I?ve ever had at a fast food place!Everyone was super friendly, my order was taken and prepared really quickly, the dining room area was spotless, and the food washonestly really good! All though its a new location doesn't mean better service or hot food. Employees were rude and when spoken to they were short.... Not only was the service horrible I had to park and get out of the just to ask for sauce/ condiments. I would recommend anyother jack in the box in the area. Read more
Went around 8:45PM, I was the only customer inside, took a few minutes before I was even greeted and my order taken. Took... another 10 minutes before the food came out. It seems like they are prioritizing the drive-through customers first. It was just1 combo that I ordered. Read more

Happy there's a Jack In The Box near me, but by golly you could notice how new the employees were! I went there with my brothers... and we noticed how there weren't that many employees there, Jack usually has way more employees, and the building itself is alittle small. I ordered the Buttery Jack, but the cashier told me they didn't have it in the system, so she was going to mark itdown as a Sourdough Jack, which is strange, but I was fine with it. Lo and behold, what do I get? A Sourdough Jack, absolutelynot what I ordered. I don't blame the employees, I blame the management and owner of the establishment. You should have waited awhile before opening the restaurant. You put too much pressure on the employees. Read more
