The food was good and the entertainment was enjoyable. but if you have any kind of problem, don't expect to have it resolved.... The manager told me: "I don't see it is that big of deal, but obviously you do" when I told him my son and his wife were seatedat a different table from us. The whole point of the evening was so we could spend time with each other and when we made thereservations we specifically told them we wanted to be seated at the same table.. Read more
I got my folks tickets for their 40th anniversary and they LOVED it! The staff was amazing and helpful. They treated my folks... like royalty. ???? ?Next time we?ll all go and do one of the shows. The meal was amazing and everything was cooked toperfection. ? my mom. Read more
Such a cool experience! Totally exceeded my expectations. Took my daughter for her 12th birthday and a good time was had by all.... Excellent food, friendly service and overall outstanding experience. We opted to do the "dinner show" and TBH, I didn't have toohigh of an expectation being on a train, but it was well done and fun! I tried to make reservations for my uncle's 60th bday party celebration. I received an email and never received the promised... call. We had a party of 10 that was excited to take the train ride. We had to cancel and my uncle's bday celebration was ruined. Read more
This was a fun train ride. It was fun and the experience was good. The food was good. It was raining during our ride and the... window leaked. Everything was good, but not great. My wife didn't like that the train only went 5-10 mph. We thought it wouldbe more scenic ride. Read more
We did the Valentine's Day dinner ride. We had a nice time seeing the sites and enjoying music on the train. I do think it was... rather expensive for what you get but it is a truly unique experience. We enjoyed ourselves though we did started to feel a bitmotion sick toward the end of the ride. I would recommend this for a fun date night. Side note: you might be sitting at a 4 toptable with another couple that youh don't know. Read more
My fiance and I went on the Kansas Belle dinner train February 2017. It was amazing. The staff was professional and friendly.... The food was amazing. And the train ride was so fun. They coordinated the music with the time period the cars were decorated tomatch. We walked through the whole train to look at the different trains and even got to stand on the back of the train. Such agreat date idea. We will definitely be back again. Read more
My family went on this in the fall of 2000 or 2001 when it was still in Fremont Nebraska. It was a lot of fun. My boys were 6 or... 7 years old at the time. My parents also were with us. They enjoyed it and the food was very good. Would like to take anotherride now that its down in Kansas. Read more
