Ordered on the app around 11 PM and the store closes at 12 PM. When we got there the woman working said she couldn't make... anything for our order everything was being cleaned. she told us to file a complaint on the Dunkin app and the refund process isgarbage, still haven't received it. Read more
OK so the girl at the register had gloves on but she's handling money.. So when I ask for my muffin she picked up my muffin with... the same gloves on. The espresso machine wasn't working so NO LATTES!! I can't tell you how many people walked in and right back out when they heard... that. The young girl behind the counter was very sweet and we felt badly for her. Obviously it's not her fault but you know howpeople can get... Store manager and the lady Ana who works there are rude & unprofessional. He yelled at me after I waited more than 5mins while... he was in the back doing whatever he was doing! All I said was hello, to make sure someone knew I was in the front by myselfwaiting (sometime after 8p). He yelled out from the back WAIT!!! I said excuse me. Another time I brought ice cream and Anainsisted I buy one and get one free.. I told her on more than one occasion no thank you, appreciate it but I only want one. Shequestioned my decision more than three times asking ?why ? just get another one.. I said ?no ? again, then she proceeded to havea attitude with me. Horrible customer service . The employee named Ana is extremely unprofessional and rude. She yells at those poor employees in the front and they clearly are... doing the best that they can. The Indian man is very rude. And yes he?s racist. I complain about him to the Spanish nice lady before. He has one more time to... treat me or any other customer and I?m probably going live on that store. If you don?t remove him remove his attitude.
