ordered chocolate ice cream, I got world class gross
I placed an order through postmates for 12 ounces of ice cream and instead received a coffee. I?m 9 months pregnant and really... wanted ice cream. The receipt says 12 oz of ice cream yet I received an 8oz iced coffee? I don?t understand how this mistake wasmade. The order was placed at 11pm. I doubt the store was busy at that time. Read more
Horrible! I was "helped" by a young lady who apparently doesn't know what customer service is. I kept telling her what I wanted... and she ended up giving me the wrong thing. When I asked her to change it because that was not what I ordered, her response wasvery rude! She has a very nasty attitude. If you don't like your job and will treat customers badly because of it, then quit! Read more

Tonight I tried the Winter White Chocolate ice cream and I really liked the chocolate/cherry combination of flavors. This Baskin... Robbins location was clean and the staff was friendly. On the 31st day of a month, they offer $1.50 scoops! Read more
Staff is friendly but the franchise is never stocked with advertised items. They are always missing toppings, mix the flavor... labels for the ice cream. They also have poor stock of ice cream togo. Read more
