I don?t recommend this Applebees especially for late night eats. The happy hour drinks were watered down barely any alcohol, our... server was all over the place as he was catering to a lot of tables. Our food was cold, seemed like it was heated in themicrowave & the entrees had to be wrapped as it didn?t come out by the time we finished our appetizers & drinks. Definitelywon?t be going back here. Messy food, made previously for a Dine in person and then threw in my take out with missing items. So it is cold, and really not... good. I had the same thing previously at the Applebee?s in Bronx Terminal Market, which was well done and well presented, with amuch bigger piece for the same price. Read more
We come here, more than I?d like to admit..sometimes it?s a hit or miss. Today we were waited on by Eddy [$$$Edward$$$]. We?ve... seen him before but haven?t had him as a waiter. We?ll what a disappointment that we?ve never had him as a server before! Fromthe moment he greeted us it was welcoming. Then throughout our dinner he was so attentive, and I mean like on point witheverything going on at the table. I couldn?t leave without asking for his manager (Kevin) to let him know how awesome Eddy isand I asked for his schedule because I certainly plan on coming back when he?s on shift and asking to be seated in his area(Mon,Weds,Sat)! Great location. Outdoor seating was comfortable and ideal with all the current safety concerns. Staff was friendly and followed... all safety concerns. Food was excellent. Ive been missing a good burger lately and Applebee's came through. Pasta ravioli wasdelicious also. I definitely recommend this location as long as they remain safe and clean. Read more
By far the best experience I have had at an Applebee's. Recently moved to Freeport and have been here about 3 times already. The... staff is polite and on point with everything. Well, the only thing I had an issue with the 1st time we went was that thewaitress did not ask us what order or strips we wanted and put in the 6 pc instead of the one on the 2for20 menu. So just makesure you are clear when it comes to that. Other than that, all of our experiences were great. The food was good. Not a long waitto get seated or get our order taken. Shoutout to Wilson. He was our waiter last time we went and he was great! Greeted us witha smile, didnt seemed bothered by all of our questions and very attentive to all of us. Thank you! Read more
