I have gone to this taco bell 3 times. There was something wrong with the order everytime don't think I'm gonna go again
Most of the time they either get our order wrong, give us stale shells, forget food, and just kinda all around suck. I go here... only when I REALLY don't wanna go anywhere else in town and am not going to Searcy. Pretty well disappointed every time. Greatemployees though. They're always nice and stuff. Worst Taco Bell ever. Two nights in a row our orders have been messed up. Missing drinks, no sauce no napkins. Eight different... burritos ordered and they are all labeled the same so you have to open each burrito and figure out which is which. Read more
The past 3 times we have ordered we have had food missing, food not made right, no sauce, no napkins. Everyone is to busy... talking and laughing to do their job. The managers are in high school. Service is awful! I do not recommend Taco Bell in BaldKnob!!! Read more
Food was fresh and service was good. The exception is the prices. Almost double any other taco bell I've been to. Guaranteed... it's because it's across the street from a truck stop. They can gouge the poor guys who can't park anywhere else to get theirtaco fix. Seriously, just a plain crunchy taco is $2.49. Robbery. Read more
We paid an extra 75 cents per item for sauce and did not get it. When we raised the issue a manager was called. She was... unconcerned and went to the office. I waited awkwardly for two minutes before going and sitting down. The manager returned andthe clerk spoke with her briefly. She went back into the office. A short time later someone who had been in the kitchen came outto the dining room and handed me the sauce. He said he was sorry and wished my wife and me a good night.
