I would avoid this Sonic location if possible. (There is a different location close by off 20 and belt line). At this one they... always get my order wrong, the employees have a rude attitude when trying to correct the order they messed up, it takes foreverto actually get the food, and the establishment could use some maintenance and cleaning. Food is excellent, but I wish that they would put the tortillas on the grill for a second or 2. Even upon request the cook... won't do it. Some of us can't eat raw tortillas especially the flour ones. They get gummy. Other than that I love this place. Read more

The main focus of my review is on the server on the morning of 8/12/22. I was placing my order but she came out to get a clearer... understanding..She greeted me with a big genuine smile as she took my order. When my order was ready about 7-10 minutes later,she came back out with the same big smile plus a small wave as she approached the car. She double checking the order & made surethe condiments were there still with a smile. It really brighten my day! The food was good as well.I I wanted to share this &commend her on her service. I don't normally review but after what happened to me and my wife at this location was not a good experience. We came here just... to order a couple drinks. It was all we needed for a hot day. We parked and pressed the button on the intercom and waited forsomeone to take out order. After 6 minutes still no one had bothered to pick up and take our order. A car hopper came out anddelivered food to the car next to us. We asked him kindly can someone please take our order. He said that the reason no one tookour order yet is because they were waiting for a Spanish speaker to do so since me and my wife were Hispanic. After he saw wespoke perfect English he seemed surprised and went back inside. We again waited for someone to take our order and another 5minutes passed . Another hopper came and delivered someone else's food. We asked him as well can someone take our order. Helooked at us like we were dumb and walked off. Finally we just left after 20 minutes and no one to serve us. All cuz we wereHispanic. Seriously Sonic? This is good service? All we wanted was a couple cold drinks for a hot day and instead we wereignored for being hispanic. Read more

The workers need more training. It seems as if a whole lot of kids work there and know nothing about customer service. I said at... the drive-thru almost 30 minutes after I activated the red button for my order and still did not leave with anything because thegirl who answered my order was very rude. She answered the drive-thru as if she was answering her phone. She asked me yes whatdo you want and when I told her I had to repeat it five times for her to understand. I gave up and I just left. I'll not go back to this place and I'm still not even sure they are going to give me my refund can't believe they would do this... to me on my birthday none the less all the employees were outside looking at ducks as if they had never seen them before andnext thing I knew 12 mins gone by I ordered 2 small shakes and a route 44 ocean water when I asked her just to for get about itshe got rude with me and hung up so I had to rering the button to get another person to come outside and tell me how to get mymoney back they got rude too. So needless to say I'm absolutely done going here always rude and always make you sit for at least10 minutes no matter what you ordered.
