It?s such a cute shop and the gelato is delicious
We were at the Bal Harbor store today, we went for the first time. The attendant was unwilling to pass on information. My... husband ordered a Smoothie that looked more like dirty water, very different from the ones on Instagram. It's a shame thatemployees treat customers this way. I saw the same person serving a couple of gentlemen in the same way. Bad experience! Read more

We Love the Gelato at Bianco and the fact that its made with much healthier and natural ingredients is a huge plus. They have... really delicious flavors. But the best part of dropping into Bianco is getting served by Gino. He is exceptionally courteous,enthusiastic and you can tell he loves engaging with his customers. He's very knowledgeable about the different dessert productsoffered and creates an overall great vibe at the establishment. It's always a pleasure to drop in, especially when he's working. Read more
