Order online and came when they said it was ready. Come up to the counter to be told it?s not ready and I have to wait 10... minutes. Wait the 10 minutes and within that time they gave my order to someone else with the same first name as me. Read more

This is the worst Wing stop in town. The customer service is garbage. The workers are rude. They take over an hour to make your... food, even when ordering ahead online. They NEVER answer the phone here, so don?t ever try to place a phone order. They won?tanswer. They mess up the orders all the time. Read more

I placed an order online and when I received it, half of my items weren?t in the bag. Luckily doordasher communicated well and... they said that?s what they gave him. Placed an order through the app for delivery. My order was canceled without a reason why. My money was never refunded back to... me. Tried calling the phone # but got a message saying mailbox is full. Don't order from this location (Oswell) very badcustomer service and they steal your money by canceling your order. Read more

I really like this place it's amazing with all the wings flavors but the one thing I enjoy more it's a really good costumer... service. The other day I have my order taken by really short girl with black hair and bangs and a mole her lip she did amazingby taking my order and also help me with flavors I didn't know was possible to ask for great costumer service by this young girlhopefully they will bring her back. Ordered in the Wingstop app, they ?completed? my order before it was even finished being made so I had no way of tracking... status. Drivers are not Wingstop employees so luckily the one I paired with had great communication so I could have some kind ofupdate. Took over 2 hours to get order even out for delivery?.. phone number for location doesn?t even go through, straight to amessage about mailbox not being set up yet. I had no way of getting in contact with the restaurant, absolutely ridiculous. Read more

If I could do no stars I would. Employees here do not put their customers first, the girl that took my order Ariana was more... worried about her boyfriend leaving his shift then taking my order. Ordered online, and 3hours later I get to the front of the line for pick up. There was people everywhere scattered. The thin... girl in front taking orders and giving refunds at around 8:35pm today, was not enforcing a line or anything, people werecrowding in every single line. I told her I ordered a lil less than 3 hours ago, and she didn't even look for my receiptcarefully. She just said wait another 45minutes. I asked her if she checked, since she didn't go to the orders being made, andshe said she had already checked. So disappointed after being a regular customer. I waited patiently all that time, and she wassending the refunds to make another line after a long wait at pick up line!! So I asked to get refund right away. I understandthey were busy, but relax and do things right!! We were there impatient too, and still some of us being really polite. I didn'tsay anything, but did get refund and left!!
