Over 45 minute wait and others were waiting even longer while staff laughed and chatted as if there was no one in the store. I... would advise to never go to the wingstops in town seems like the owners allow this type of atmosphere. Better employee choicesor training. Showed up to the restaurant and they couldn't find my order I placed over the phone. Had to explain to them more than 3 times... what my order was. They ended up putting my order in as a walk in order so my order hadn't even been made. Ended up waiting for8-10 minutes and when I got home I realized they didn't even put napkins in the bag when I asked for them. The bag was alsoleaking out sauce from the wings and it left a greese mark on my car seat not to mention all of the containers of ranch had tobe cleaned off due to the sauce leaking on them as well overall not a pleasant experience I understand that mystakes are madebut come on where are my napkins and why do they think it's acceptable to allow sauce to leak out of the bag. I placed order online from Fresno for a friend In Bakersfield .there was an issue with door dash(on your end) receive a txt my... order was modified. Called to see why. Was hung up on my manager who refused to give his name. Called back 2x and 2 femaleemployees hung up as well. Just very unprofessional . I?m a barber/business owner and was very surprised by the poor and rudecustomer service . All I wanted was my order I paid for yet I was being treated like I stole something or did something wrongwhen all I wanted was what I paid for. Once they figured it out with door dash my food was delivered almost hour later after newdriver came. Food was cold upon arrival . Very disappointing . Waste of my money. And I asked for refund from manager. Wastold to call DoorDash and hung up on. Did survey and got $5 gift card. My order was almost 30$. 1star for poor poor customerservice and I really feel it was really because I?m In a different city they treated my order so poorly and disrespectfultowards me. Got my order wrong the first time, but they made things right!
This was my first time trying Wingstop and I have to say my husband and I were offended by the quality of the food for the price... we paid. The fries were soggy and had so much salt! the fries were literally caked with season salt so we couldn't even eatthose and the wing sauce was thick and goopy. Needless to say my husband ate the wings since we paid for them but I passed ondinner. I can say the staff was friendly and I know they were overwhelmed as they were busy last night. Got this for a nice lil 25 dollars. The atomic is not as hot as I'd like. I have a very high tolerance to heat in food. The... flavors were excellent. The Louisiana dry rub was decent although a bit salty. Buffalo fries on point. Was about a 30 min waitdue to customers and online orders which I understand also working in the food business. Overall a very good meal niceatmosphere very friendly staff. Will be going back. Read more
