The lady at the widow way really sweet. The Pretzel crispy chicken was good until the last 3 bites, then started feeling sick.... To much grease I think. It's way better with the grilled chicken. Read more
Waited 30 minutes for my order as a dine in customer they forgot about our order when I got my food it was all old and cold and... the employees had an attitude and still tried to serve me old food when I got home I realized that they didn?t remake some of myitems and gave me the old ones will never come back here again management needs to do a better job Read more
Had me standing with no service for over 15 mins. I waited to at least get my order in,but the lady in the grey shirt must have... been busy. This Wendy's on Oswell is also extremely HOT! The AC must not be working or something. Idk how any of your employeescan work under that kind of heat. I would have waited a little longer had the AC been working properly. I mean it's 109°today!! VERY poor service from the night crew. first of all they forgot my mobile order (drive thru because dine in is closed) and when... i told them they wanted me to go all the way back in line behind all these cars, for something that should?ve already been readyand in the bag. second of all my chicken was disgustingly over cooked and hard. either that or it was old sitting there for whatseemed like hours. the rest of chicken sandwhich was also poorly made and soggy as if they overly pumped mayo. 0/10 do notrecommend!!
