My husband and I came here for the first time for my 21st birthday breakfast! Their menu has lots of great stuff, we had a hard... time picking what we wanted, our server was THE BEST. This is now my favorite breakfast spot in the city. The presentation was spot on and the food was thoroughly cooked and packed... with flavor.... all that and more! Everyone was friendly even though the place was really busy. I'm always nervous goingsomewhere I've never been before to hold a business meeting, but this was the best choice ever. This was our first visit but we plan to return again soon. There was a 45-minute wait and people were standing around outside... waiting to be called in. That alone speaks to how good the food is. We went out for coffee and returned just in time to becalled in. The staff was attentive, the food was delicious, and the ambiance was both welcoming and comfortable. The chickenfried steak was tasty and the Rose Berry Mojito was especially tasty. My husband really enjoyed his latte and chicken sandwich,while my friend loved her Nashville chicken skillet. Just tried Toasted today! Went out with my Dad on our latest breakfast adventure. The service was great, our waiter in... particular super helpful and happy to help and the food was delish! Dad had the Fried Chicken Skillet and I had the PapasitoBenedict. Dad said the chicken was awesome with a nice spice to the batter. The Chile Verde sauce on my dish was reallynice...the chorizo yum...and the poached eggs done just right. We both agreed we will have to come back! A new breakfast and lunch coffee shop. I think they have been open about four months. It is nice and clean inside. I ordered... the Cali Benedict, comes on two biscuits, two eggs with ham, bacon, avocado, tomato and spinach with Hollandaise sauce pouredover it. It was okay. The sauce lacked that rich decadent, buttery flavor. They also forgot the avocados I was half way donebefore I realized it, nevertheless I ate it all. I ordered a meal to go. Biscuit and gravy with hot link. It was pretty good,but it lacked sufficient amount of gravy. My server was Mia, she was nice, pleasant and did a great job. Read more
