Wile on the road back from back from Southern California. I found this restaurant near hwy99. It?s convenient near freeway. I... asked for a menudo and OMG ????. Best menudo I tried in so long . I bought 2 additional menudos to go for My dad and brotherin-law back home .they totally agreed with been one of the best they tried. Seriously, every single time we visit, something is missing from our order. Employees look like they hate working there, the... girl at the window didn?t say a word and just had a rude expression through the entire transaction. Food quality has gone SO FARDOWN. Most recent visit: missing our chips and salsa. My veggie burrito was missing 2 of the ingredients and was charged extrafor sour cream even though it?s listed as an ingredient for that burrito. Also, it was 90% rice. Our cheese quesadilla was noteven close to being melted. Im so tired of giving this location second chances, so I?m pretty much done. Looking at the ticket, it is clear that the torta has no Onions, Mayo, and cheese which we paid extra for. Then when calling... they asked me to drive it all the way back to them just so they could ?discard? it?..because trash cans don?t exist outside ofla villa. At least they know what they are. ??Burritos and Tacos are superb. I ask for extra rice and they put HELLA rice which I love. Overall experience is great! Food is... juicy and HOT, literally super tasty, whereas other places are bland and simple. ??One thing I might add, it?s faster to orderinside as the drive thru takes a little longer. Second thing, the rewards system is such a good idea, however I have to buy like9 burritos and some tacos to get a free burrito whereas a few months ago, I can get a free one after 6-7 burritos only. The lastthing, the tables still usually have spots from last person so I have to walk around and find the cleanest one. But that?s likeonce or twice a week. ??Keep it up!
