I have always been happy with the food here, until today. I ordered 2 menudos which were really good as always and I ordered... shrimp tacos for my wife and mother in law. The shrimp was over cooked and hard, for $3.50 per taco you would think you wouldget more than 3 small shrimp per taco. Really disappointed. Read more
I stumbled upon this resteraunt driving thru town, nice looking building on the outside, like an oasis in the middle of the... outskirts.. I ordered a vegetarian burrito and everything about it was perfection! The tortilla was warmed till tiny brown crisp appeared and the flavor within was out of the ball park, every ingredient was seasoned and all came together onto a deliciousburst of tastiness. I can only imagine what there meats taste like, they ate not kidding around, they know what they are doing .The inside dinning room is all new,modern and bright. Read more
Carne asada nachos and a burrito supreme with red sauce. I would have to say out of all of the La Villa?s I?ve ate at this is by... far the best. The service was quick and friendly. Spacious parking lot with ample parking spaces. Cheap basic burrito! Let me tell you, the asada was perfect. One of the best... I've had for under $10. Not a fan of the Cali-style burrito with the fries rolled in, so I got fries on the side. Fries shouldbe appreciated for the greasy good they are... fries here are good! Self serve grilled onion and peppers and salsa bar and bothgreen and red salsa. Loved it, because I love my burrito to be swimming in salsa. Notably, the restrooms were clean. The onlydownside was the napkin dispenser on the service counter was empty. When I asked for napkins, I was told it was "over there"with the fountain drink dispenser... not in a napkin dispenser and some were partially soiled. Gross... anyway, hence why somepeople prefer to get their napkins from a dispenser-- because it's more sanitary and I don't want something I potentially use towipe my mouth to be exposed to other people's funk. ???????????? Road trip from Sacramento to So CA? craving breakfast burrito ???? ?. Leary of places I haven?t done research on. Saw a freeway... sign ? next exit?. Wheels exited.. so glad they did! Never heard of this place?. I wanted to get something to go thinking Iwould keep driving. Opened in car and I could not believe my eyes! Massive, could hardly open my mouth to take a bite. Once Istarted.. no way I could drive with this monster. Will definitely be my stop in the future, but will eat in, as a knife andfork are necessary!!! Me and my family?s first time coming here was horrible. I could see the young guy making our food through the drive through... window, The whole time he was making our food he kept pulling his mask down, talking and laughing with the other employees. Iknow at that point I should have just left but we had paid already and it was late, we were tired and just wanted to get foodand go home. When we got home and opened everything up none of the food looked appetizing. But since we were starving, wedecided to give the food a try. Big mistake. I was disgusted to find this robe/plastic whatever this is in my shrimp burrito.That was it for me. I am so upset, like how could the cook not see this huge plastic while putting the burrito together. Maybeit was because he was too busy messing around instead of making sure he?s doing his job right. We went back to the restaurantto get our money back but they never returned my 1690 reward points that I had used to pay for part of my order. And they madeus wait more than 15 minutes just standing there while they?re in the back . While standing and waiting for the guy to comeback, the cook kept pulling down his mask. A woman had started taking over the Drive-through I seen her drop a lid on theground, pick it up and still put it on a drink instead of getting a new one.
