This is my favorite place to order from. Good food, friendly staff. Worth every penny.
I placed an order on GrubHub and it never showed. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times and no one answered. Do they... ever answer their phone? I even confirmed they were open. The restaurant confirmed that my order was received and started. Itried tracking my order but nothing would track...only an update that my order was on the way. No one ever showed. An hour andhalf later (with a one hour ETA) GrubHub said that the restaurant marked my order as delivered. What a fraud. My neighbors, whohave an address close to mine, received nothing. I have purchased from them in the past with no real opinion but this lastexperience was the final straw. I do not recommend this place. They obviously don't care about their customers time and money.Customer service is non existent. I'd give zero stars if I could. Read more
Ordered $50+ from their website was given a 45 min pickup time. Upon pickup I learned the order was never made. Was offerd free... chips and Salsa ( Never Recieved) Waited aditional 15-20 Min when I got a call that my order is now ready. Went in and the cookwas eating and had to get my order. When we began to eat we realized all of our food was missing salsa and condiments. It wasjust meat no chile verde sausce. Just all plain which is NOT how its been in Orders past. This was a big faul guys. I dont knowwhats goung on but this was the last order.Bummer Read more
I have been ordering Taco Pronto for years Pretty disappointed the salsa the last 2 times has been water consistency. We did not... get one of our meal items or the side item that comes with one of the meals. I was understanding due to pandemic and difficultyfinding people to work that our meal was 30 minutes late delivered. The pic is the salsa we received... 4 containers of thisconsistency. Read more
I ordered the 50 count Street Taco Tray with half chicken and half carne asada...it showed up perfectly made and delicious. I... asked for all the toppings on the side and added rice and beans...it was all perfect!! We also ordered the 39 piece PartyPlatter and it was perfectly cooked as well. Everything was great and my family enjoyed it. I definitely will order from TacoPronto again and recommend it to all my friends and family. Read more
Disappointed...This is not your average taco place. At walk in it feels like a front office. The kitchen is hidden behind a... wall. They really dont have a visible menu. The order is taken on a check off paper and they charge for sides that are notusually charged for. I got there biggest burrito and it was awful. Really overpriced.. Avoid this place... Read more
I have been ordering from Taco Pronto for 30 years. It has always been exceptional. They have new owners in the last couple of... years and their prices are high and portions have become very small. Tonight my food was cold. Last time they forget some thingson my order. I?m very disappointed. It is definitely not the same!! Read more
