Every time we order from this place, they mess up our order. We kindly asked for no meat and beef multiple times yet they still... mess it up EVERY SINGLE TIME. I confronted them about this and they were being rude and disrespectful when it was not my fault. Read more

I had an issue with a mobile order in the drive thru. Started out my fault since I had selected in store pickup, but girl in... drive thru escalated the situation by telling me ?there?s plenty of other Taco Bell?s?. I asked for a manager, she shut thewindow. Manager Brian inside wouldn?t look at me while I was trying to talk to him, walked away from me. Didn?t care one bit.All I?ve got to say is there?s plenty of Del Tacos too. Train your people how not to act. See ya. Read more

Taco Bell charge so much as compared to quantity and quality . Now sauces r locked and even napkins are 2 each person . Worse... experience. I am more mad at employers than employees as they are just following orders . Read more

I?ve been coming to this TB for years. While I don?t expect service at a fast food to be exceptional or even good, I expect it... to not be straight up rude. I tried to walk in and order in person. I was brushed off mutiple times and when I asked one workerif I can order he said ?I?m off the clock bro?. This place officially has fallen the wayside. I will certainly not frequentthis place anymore as I did in the past. Hopefully the management rectifies the issues. Read more

I?ve dealt with inaccurate orders so many times at this location. It?s getting really pathetic. I waited 5 minutes to get help... at drive thru. I paid for my order and was given my food. They didn?t give me sauces or napkins. I had to ask for them. Then Icame home to not all my food. I ordered a spicy double beef burrito and it wasn?t there. I?m very upset. I tried calling andthey left there phone on, the line is busy. KENNITH LEDFORD needs to do something about this store. ASAP. Read more

Added photos of the crispy chicken tacos?. Not much of a taco really disappointing that they made one piece of chicken in to... what I could only guess about 6 tacos. I would say I?d love to eat here again but it?s flat out disrespectful to charge peoplefull price for something the size of a thumb. Read more

Ordered pink lemonade with the two combos I ordered. When handed the drinks in the drive thru, I pulled over into the driveway... to taste them and they tasted watery, not surprising since they appeared clear to pink ombré from the top of the cup to bottom.I kindly returned to the driveway and let them know the drinks where watery and if they can check the mixture from thefountain. After a delay, the cashier at the driveway window handed me the drinks and said ?I don?t know what to tell you if youstill feel like they?re watery but this is the way they?re supposed to taste.? At a loss for words I took the drinks and decidedto drive off without saying a word. Not sure what the standard of customer service is, but management needs to review it. Ialways leave a donation to whatever organization they claim to be supporting, including this time rounding my order to$16. I?ve worked in fast food before and would not dare tell a customer that, and my manager sure would not have stand for thateither. Please, do better. Read more
