They have bad attitude, bad service, they didn't refill the soda lids I had to wait 20 minutes .

We ordered online and was given a time the food would be ready. We arrived on time and was told that our order was given to... someone else. They said they would make the order again but then had us wait an additional 25 minutes while they completed theorders for everyone else in the restaurant. I wanted to know why they did that and they just mumbled something and said theydon't know what happened. We were polite the whole time and they didn't care about us at all. They actually remind you about using your reward point card number to add your current purchase points to it! I've been at other... Subways and the employees are focused on the time, not complaining about that but I think that reward points are good too! Read more
