This is my favorite place for iced coffee. It's inside Vons grocery store. But they the best. Perfect drink everytime
This morning was crazy busy and these poor ladies making drinks were so incredibly stressed because people were rude and they... were just trying to get orders out. As I got my last drink, the lady handed it to me and she was shaking. My heart sank straightto the floor. I've worked in customer service so I completely understood her stress. I told them they were all doing a great jobthen rushed to work. The whole time they had a smile behind their masks, sweet and friendly, did their best to fix orders thatwere wrong and did so in as quickly as they possibly could as orders flooded in. So I'm giving this location a 5/5 because nomatter what was thrown at them, they continued to work super hard without an attitude. Also my drink and bagel made my day andit was super yummy. Read more
