Girl taking orders in the drive thru sounded rude and I got 4 drinks and all of them tasted terrible
Terrible customer service. As a former Starbucks employee I hold all Starbucks to the same standards. No one greeted me when I... entered the shop, no one asked what I was there for. The shop was empty one or two cars in the drive through, the person who wasmaking my drink was new and nobody was helping her. She kept staring at the cup and wasn?t sure what to do. Once I finally gotmy dink it was just set on the counter wasn?t asked if I was waiting on anything else she just walked away, didn?t give meenough time to ask for a straw. I waited a few more minutes until someone else came and asked if I needed a straw. I told himyes and I?m also waiting on my food he then proceeded to tell me they didn?t have what I ordered and I told him that wasn?t whatI ordered. He had the sticker to see what sandwich it was and there is no mistaking that sandwich he then was bothered because Itold him what sandwich I had ordered and that they did have it. Overall I won?t be returning to this shop, never had I seen aStarbucks ran so poorly. Read more
