Ordered a flat white with almond milk and mocha and they gave me a drink that tasted so sour, So I asked them if they could make... a pumpkin spiced latte decaf and they said no, which other starbucks have done for me in the past. Anyway, I told them thedrink tasted funny so they remade my flat white and it was literally all milk no coffee and a pump of chocolate. And were quiterude. This is the last time I will order from the mt vernon starbucks. Not to mention the lid on my 2nd coffee had a slit in itand if I hadn't seen it, it could have possibly cut my lip. Worst starbucks experience EVER! I should add that I purchasestarbucks at least 5 days outta the week. If I could give them zero stars that's what I would've given them. Read more
Took them 20 minutes for a simple black coffee & had to request a refund. They are severely understaffed and service is sub par.... I'd give them 2 stars but 3 sounds about right. Never again will i do dine in that location. I dont appreciate my time beingwasted Read more
I hade to wait 30 minutes for 2 drinks and I asked 3 times specifically to not add any coffee into the drinks because my friend... and I can't have any for health reasons, but they added the coffee and they refused to correct the drinks to what I haverequested. I am very angry about that all that time and money just went down the drain. Read more

Nothing against the drinks, location or anything like that... I just sucks that it took 30 minutes for 2 drinks because everyone... up front was training... the line was so crazy!! Customers were telling them how to make the drinks, step by step because theone person doing the training was busy training someone else... hopefully when everyone is training things pick up!
