Consistency is key! They get my order right every time, at every location. Staff sometimes changes too often that sometimes they... are less friendly to regular customers, or take long on a basic passion tea? but I guess I could say I like the drinks betterthan the customer service. Read more
I travel for work. Everytime I visit this Starbucks they cannot follow simple directions for Iced Mocha, literally make it hot... everytime. And I always just ask for a cup of ice to not be wasteful. But it is terrible to drink this way. I?m tired of themNOT listening when taking an order. It?s ridiculous. I?ve ordered the same drink for over a decade. I know how to call it. My regular Starbucks they usually go above and beyond for my Father! They treat him very well.
Terribly unfriendly staff and very dirty store. The counter to receive your drinks is full of spilled coffee and the barista... dumps your drinks there, so the cups are dripping when you pick them up. The store was empty and they could not be bothered todo some basic housekeeping. Not the Starbucks culture I'm accustomed to, especially when I was once a staff at SB.Disappointing. This is a great location off of the highway and it is very clean and organized. You do not need a code for the restrooms and... they have friends service and they drive thru. Read more
