Enjoy my coffee. No lines at the time I went so that was a bonus. The employees where nice and fast.
Consistency is key! They get my order right every time, at every location. Staff sometimes changes too often that sometimes they... are less friendly to regular customers, or take long on a basic passion tea? but I guess I could say I like the drinks betterthan the customer service. Read more
I travel for work. Everytime I visit this Starbucks they cannot follow simple directions for Iced Mocha, literally make it hot... everytime. And I always just ask for a cup of ice to not be wasteful. But it is terrible to drink this way. I?m tired of themNOT listening when taking an order. It?s ridiculous. I?ve ordered the same drink for over a decade. I know how to call it.
