On our way to a long drive we stopped to order some Starbucks. We placed a large order and they took forever! But that?s okay I... didn?t mind that! However, we got the order and asked for the drink to be adjusted kindly. However the worker manny was so rudemaking faces at my father who has a hard time speaking English! He was asking for more coffe in his drink! Then manny grabs thedrink and slams the drive through window and throws the drink on the sink as roughly as he can! Then another employee came tohelp!! Horrible customer service!!! It took for ever for one drink and egg bites!!! I would rather go to Dutch Bros as they are... friendly and quick. I watched and employee roll her eyes and mouth OMG at a customer for asking for napkins and straws. Read more
Great coffee but terrible service, the employees lie to your face to say the bathrooms are out of order so where do the... employees use the restroom? I understand their is a transient issue but you should allow paying customers to atleast use them Read more
Selection in terms of bottled drinks was minimal. Store also had basic menu. But clean premises and efficient service
So huge empty space with only 5 tables to sit. So funny and paitence customer Service to match clients' requests. Little... mistakes workers make by not following clients' orders BUT they make coffee and smoothies, etc., that is so skillfully anddelightful taste to drink. also, good food they create, simply cook, and bake. On my way to Fresno stopped by this Starbucks to refuel. The employee helped us decide on our drinks and was really kind. Really... nice location, very accessible from the freeway. Drive through was packed but they handled it well. The drinks were also madewell and tasted delicious. I would recommend this Starbucks location. Read more

I ordered a warm drink and when I got to the window i let the barista know I had a half off coupon. She said ok and scanned my... app but never gave me my discount. I asked her if she applied it and she said no then told me she would be refunding it. Iwaited 5 min for her to get help then she opened the window and set "ok, lay me scan for payment." I asked her about the refundand she said it was also done so I asked her if I could get a copy of the receipt first. She sigh and said ok. She handed me mydrink and it was iced, not warm and wrong size. I checked my receipt and she took the order correctly, the drink was just madewrong.
