We have been coming here for a long time. Since they opened actually. And they consistently prioritize the drive through. The... manager has been here for ever. We literally waited over 20 min and watched a dozen or more cars go through the drivethrough. While we waited. Our entire group. I will not be returning. They need new management and training. Ah yes, Bakersfield is the meth capital of the US. That being said, you can find someone who is homeless or on drugs by driving... around for 5 min. I got a drink here and went to the restroom while I waited. Someone was in there. I finished my drink (about10ish min later) and went to the restroom again. Same person responded they were in there so decided to wait by the door. Astaff member comes up and knocks as well (at this point I'm sure it's a homeless person). Waited another 5 min (total was 20)and knocked again. The person started sputtering random stuff so assumed they were on drugs. At that point I just left as Iwasn't sure if they were in the restroom to use drugs and didn't need to be in that scenario. There is a lock on the door with acode, but somehow the person got it. I'd be careful using the facilities here. Also the drink was put together very fast andhad more chocolate cream than coffee. Read more
I don't go to starbucks very often maybe twice a year, my family was begging for it tonight so we went, we got 5 drinks and 2... cake pops. 2 of the drinks were vanilla beam frap with NO WHIP and both came with whip on it so that was extremelydisappointing, as well as my son last minute wanted to change his drink to a hot chocolate so i asked as soon as we got to thewindow and was told no they already made the frap. I get it, it was last minute, but there was nobody behind me they werent busyand i know it wouldn't be the first drink they would of thrown out ever, as a costumer iv never been told no its to latebasically. Just extremely disappointed in the customer service at this location and there accuracy on making sure they aremaking the drink thats on the label correctly. Read more
Starbucks is the best and only choice four great coffee drinks. I really never drink coffee in the first 65 years of my life.... Once in a great while when I was cold, I would drink a sugared up coffee for the heat. But now the Frappuccinos are withoutequal. Read more
New Starbucks that recently opened. The place is awesome, very large and open with lots of tables and places to sit. Great to... get together with friends for coffee or come here to get some work done. Staff is friendly and helpful and I love the look ofthe place. Read more
