Ashley working drive thru was being completely rude when all I was trying to do was get some ice cream for my family. She needs... to work on her customer service, I ended up just leaving without ordering because of how upset she was even though she was theone messing up on my order. I ordered on the App for 1/2 off drinks anytime. I love that! I had to wait a while for my drinks to come out. But the drinks... were all flavorful, so that made up for the wait. Ordered a strawberry slush, grape nerds slush, Sprite with bursting bubbles,Fanta with bursting bubbles. Read more
This is why I usually just don't complain because it seems that in every response from the owner of the King location it looks... like a cut copy paste answer. I won't lie..I like the product from Sonic's but the customer service is the worst. I've orderedvia app and checked in and waited 20 minutes early. Is there a lack of employees working? And why is it the attitude of some ofthe workers are below par with such a discontent for the customers? I've been to the Sonic's in Peabody,Ma and the ones inOrlando and I must say there's a huge difference in Customer service and it's heart breaking be I love the brand. Our cup had some kind of lipstick or whatever it was but it looked like lipstick , I called to let them know n the store... manager/general manager Cassidy was really rude and kept saying that?s impossible I told her there is no reason to lie what?son the cup. She was so rude she hanged up on me n I was still talking n when I went back to show her she said it was strawberrysyrup. After she asked what I wanted to do if ur a manager u should know what to do. Horrible customer service! Drive thru girl rolled her eyes, smacked her lips & was rude when I told her I forgot my I.D. She was... holding my card for awhile without saying a word rolling her eyes, luckily I found my I.D. So I showed her it..Didn't even getthank you or have a gn.
