This place was the worse, they took forever to take our order and then they never brought the pretzel that I paid for. Girl... behind the order asked for a receipt and machine for walk up never gave a receipt. The waitress brought our food and clearlysaid an item was missing and never came back with the missing pretzel. Very shady. Never will I or my family eat there. Read more

I am very displeased with the customer service at this location. Every time I come the workers always have an attitude no matter... what I order. Today an employee named Akashia was extremely rude to me and my family. When asked if she added vanilla to the DrPepper she said ?no because you didn?t ask for it? after we had politely asked her twice. Then upon arrival with the food shethrew the bag of food at my disabled father in law who was driving, forgot our mango slushee, and threw the wrong cup shebrought out on the floor and left it there. Then she went back inside to get the slushee basically threw it at him again thentook off with our receipt and crumpled it up. We asked for the receipt and she stormed back to the car and threw it in as well.When we got home and checked the food it was AWFUL. My onion rings were soggy and all about an inch thick. The food wasinedible, and the slushee was the wrong flavor. We paid for a mango slushee and got peach after all that. I?ve tried called thestore over 10 times since I left, and no one is answering.
