Not happy with the service the last few months. We love sonic drinks and go alot. Lately this location takes forever. The... employees are rude don't even seem happy to have a job. Today i ordered a sweet tea with strawberries. Today i was almost hometook a drink it wasn't even tea it was lemonade with strawberries. I tried to call and goes straight to voice-mail. Who everrums this store needs to hire some people who want to work and get their phone fixed. Also not let homeless hang around. Wewitness the same man eating and drinking out of trash cans. I usually love sonics because of the 1/2 off drinks. I always stop by to get a Cherry Limeade but lately the last 4 times I have... ordered the drink was so disgusting like they dont put any cherry flavor or the soda is flat and I always ask for extra cherrysand never get them. I have a long drive home so I always leave and by the time I get home its to late to go back and get a newone and sometimes I just don't want to call and complain. There food is good. I ordered a regular sized frito chili cheese wrap and they gave me 2 minis and 1 regular size. When I told them about it, the... lady in the speaker told me it should all be the same without even looking at it. Then they brought out a mini one to show me asize comparison and did nothing else about it. If you decide to buy these then I recommend buying a bunch of minis because forthe 3 "regular" size I paid $9!!! And minis are .99 cents so save your money! Read more

For the last times that I have ordered through the app, my order has 1. "never received, probably chose wrong location" or 2.... wrong order/ arrived late, ice cream like soup and must ask for it to be replaced therefore prompting rudeness from the serverand everyone inside through the microphone. I am tired of just wanting good ice cream and receiving the worst from Sonic at theMall View Road at Bakersfield, California 93306. Attached are ONE instance of my soup for ice cream out of many, I'm tired ofdealing with the workers there, Also want to include that I placed the order, prompted for readiness at 8: 36p.m, arrived,checked in, forgotten about, pressed that button to ask about my order, and received order at 9:05P.M. No drive thru so service was slow, cost more than the Tehachapi store and the shake was not blended. ????
