The last two times we have gotten Pizza To Go, it has been burnt so badly that the bottom is totally blackened and the top crust... on the edges is pure black. Ordered 2 Veggie Presto Pizza online and had a pick up time of 5:02. At this time of writing, still waiting at the store from... last 30 mins after the promised time, for the pizza. Terrible customer service and attitude with no respect for customer's time.Please don't make promises if you can't keep them. Pathetic. Read more

We frequently dine here and usually results in a really great experience. The staff here is very kind, but last night this... wasn't the case. Maybe it was partly my own fault for coming in 1/2 hr before closing. We walked in nobody was at the counterfor several minutes and finally a girl (I think her name was Macy or something) came out, didn't even greet us. First thing shesaid was: "how many pies tonight." Notice I didn't use a question mark there, that was her tone. A second person with longerbrown hair came out to help, he was much nicer. Macy goes to the back and leaves my pizza in the very hot oven until the guynotices and tries to move it around. I could tell he needed her help too but she was in the back for a while so it resulted inthe worst, burned black crust I have ever tasted. While Macy was in the back I even told the guy to please let her know that wewere really sorry that we came in so late and that we didn't mean to ruin her night. I didn't feel comfortable calling to evencomplain to her about my burnt pizzas, that we didn't even eat and threw away. What a waste of money. It's crazy, you'd thinkthey would have online orders even during the last half hr of the day so why get upset when guests walk in? I guess themanager's name is John. I'm hoping maybe he can at least make up for my burnt pizzas at no charge. BTW, I'm not sure if Johnhappens to be the guy who wears glasses. But he's the nicest guy there, always friendly and remembers us every time we go in.Awesome guy. Read more

Great pizza but that place needs air conditioning! It?s torture like a sauna in there, I feel so bad for the employees that work... there. Treat them better blast that AC especially in the summer what is wrong with the owner????? Read more

I went to pieology Sat.for lunch. What an awful experience. Very poor and I mean extra poor and rude behavior , including the... lady manager. After I said excuse me over 10, she was appalled that I interrupted her while she was shooting the breeze with theemployees. Finally she turned around with a disgusting look on her face.I asked for peppers she slammed them on the table andwalked. The pizza was disgusting. It had so much salt that it was not edible. I'd really like to do a series on customer service. Since moving the front of the Pacific Northwest to Bakersfield I have... struggled to find good customer service. I was on my way to the Habit for a salad they have great salads great proportions forthe price. I saw pieology and I remembered in Portland getting the salads there I enjoyed them because they would mix them in abowl and you can get so many different toppings. This was not the case at this pieology they're packed in a my opinion prettysmall for the price plastic container the employee was very skimmed on the toppings and the salad dressing that they said was ahomemade hidden valley ranch I'm pretty sure the hidden valley would be ashamed to have their name associated with it. It wasvery watery. I realized prices are going up everywhere but it's also charged 90 cents for this extra side of ranch. But theoverpriced salad wasn't even my complaint my complaint was the attitude actually. The server was just playing rude I feel ifyou're offering a lunch special and just because you're slow you're backed up you don't have enough employees if you're in thedoor before it's time it's good customer service to honor the lunch special why lose a customer over that 2 minute why lose acustomer over poor customer service there's so many choices just in the shopping center I just wish people value good customerservice. The food was amazing and very well cooked. The employees were very patient and understanding. The customer service was amazing... they were very welcoming and kind. Overall, an amazing service.
