I used to work here amd the owner is a great person. Recently the people running drive thru and working the front register... haven't been very good. the drive thru lines take forever. 5 orders will be taken on one side of the drive thru before the otherside can place their order. Don't put someone at the first window of drive thru who cannot multitask it backs up the entiredrive thru. You can't wait to take the next order in drive thru because you have a car paying at your window. You have to beable to do both at the same time in order to keep the drive thru moving. Those at the 2nd window have to multitasking as welland both windows have to be able to move quickly and pay attention... Read more
I dont eat McDonald's but when I do, it's a Sausage biscuit and this time I ordered 2 came to $5.17, well the food tasted old... and I didn't understand how because it was still morning when i came in. It was 9:40 am. when I got there becuz I had to be atwork at 10 am. The biscuits was really, really hard on the outside but Simi soft in the middle but still on the verge of beingsolid not soft. The Sausage was cooked but taste like it was made right when the McDonald's open up at 5 or 6 am. I was nothappy and that made me not want to ever eat there again because that's all I eat there and you messed that up too for me. Stepit up an do better McDonald's like for real, for real becuz you want to raise the price but not the quality of the food it's notright and it's not fair. I would have took it back but I didn't have time because of work but I really think that's theirtactics becuz they know most people are on there way to work and can't come back. They were an okay speed at getting your order. The order was accurate. The driveway and parking was absolutely ridiculous. This... location is right smack in the middle of the hood. The drive thru really screws up the whole parking lot and driveway too. Read more
The new McDonald's is now open Everybody! And my food was nice fresh hot and delicious. The best McDonald's in bakersfield. I... will return frequently. I do suggest to go to this location for everyone. The workers and happy, quick, with patience and verypolite. The drive thru was a Lil tight for my SUV but the parking lot is spacious and clean.
