Went through this place tonight after work and get exactly what I (unfortunately) expected. It's almost like McDonald's doesn't... care what they give us, just as long as they give us "food" and whisk us away as quickly as possible. They didn?t understand myorder because they were trying (and failing) to multi-task. I really hate that the cashier is made to take future orders ANDtake the payment for the current customer. Had to repeat my order twice and made sure they heard me with the ?no ice? as well.After I use ?Pay (no way I?m giving them my physical card), dude slams the window and says nothing. Get to the next window andI?m given my soda with no ice (thank goodness) but had to wait for my food. Not a big problem. But I get my food and thecheeseburger is lukewarm and the fries? not even close. Why did I have to wait extra for cold food? Complaining to these highschool kids is a total waste of time and talking to the manager is equally frustrating and useless. I just chalked this up to aloss and do my venting here. Doubtful ?too big to fail? McDonald?s corporate is paying attention, but it is what it is. Theircommercials paint a land of happy fairytale. The reality is, their stores are anything but. Read more
Unfriendly customer service. Made to wait over ten minutes for my Fish sandwich combo. The sandwich was left under heat to long.... Did not find this out until home. The young female Chicana manager is a terrible. She lies and she really does not show a goodexample to her peers. Read more
They have horrible service, are very rude, and do not pay attention to their job. Every time I go to this McDonald?s I order the... SAME thing. EVERYTIME they mess up. I order a cheese burger(only ketchup and pickles) happy meal with a OJ and apple slices, 2hot and spicy mcchickens plain, 2 cheese burger (extra ketchup and extra pickles) meal with a large sweet tea no ice, Big Macmeal and substitute the regular hamburger Pattie?s with quarter pounder Pattie?s. EVERYTIME I come they say they can?t do that(replace the Pattie?s), when they really can. EVERYTIME I come they NEVER put extra pickles or extra ketchup on my cheeseburgers and they ALWAYS put ice in my tea. This time they also forgot my happy meal and had the audacity to ask me why I wasstill waiting at the window. BECAUSE YOU FORGOT 1/4 OF MY DANG FOOD! How hard is it to simply swop them out? They act like weare asking them to do MAGIC! This McDonald?s is HORRIBLE! The only reason I go is because it?s close to my house and no onelikes to drive out of their way. Worst service, ordered through the App and waited for 25 and no order, had to go inside the restaurant. An employee was just... standing next to the orders doing nothing. When I asked about my order she just left to the pickup window area to hide. Acashier was with a customer and she had to get my order. And top of that it was missing a cheese burger, order was not complete.Sad part is not the first time my order is incomplete at that restaurant and not worth the time to go back for just a burger.Will not go to that restaurant again. The only one in line in always get asked to park my vehicle in the marking lot so they can manipulate the time instead of trying... to get better? this morning they asked me to pull forward again and when i received my order i got half an egg and it was prettysloppy?. keep in mind I was the only one there? so i dont see the rush and dont know why they treated so poorly?.
