Nov 23, 2022 3-4pm First time ever going to this McDonald's and last time. We ordered on the drive thru, we use our points that... are accumulated on the app. We get to the window the guy can't find our order anywhere in the screen. The manager is called andI tell her that the points where deducted on the account and our order is not there. We order again and I look for a new codeand the manager refused to wait and said they wanted to get the line of cars moving. So we left and went to jack in the box.Worst McDonald's we've been to. This McDonald's is always busy. Which isn't a bad or good thing. The only thing is that the food isn't always hot and fresh. I... always get 5 daughter a 6 piece chicken nugget kids meal, and almost every single time her French fries are always and I meanALWAYS cold and hard. Even when I ask for hours and fresh fries or doesn't happen. I shouldn't have to ask for my food to bemade fresh and hot it should already be fresh and hot.
