I had come by on a weekday during the early evening hours. I had placed an order through their mobile app for pick up. I came by... about 30 minutes after ordering and the food was ready when I had arrived. The young man helping me was friendly and I was on myway in no time. Having seen the other reviews, I may have been one of the lucky ones but I had no issue with timing or customerservice. Nothing very special about this place compared to any other Little Caesar?s. Maybe because it was a slow day is why Ihad no issues with my order but I would order here again whenever I?m visiting Bakersfield. Read more
Just a heads up if you?re planning on walking in the store, order before hand and you?ll be treated a lot more respectfully than... had you just walked in. I ordered 2 ?hot and ready? pizzas, and she told me I would have to wait 10 minutes. No big deal, Iwaited, then watched a total of 19 pizzas leave to customers that hadn?t even payed for them yet. Employees are very unresponsive to customers. Multiple times i have come to this location and waited over 20 mins to be greeted.... If you want to place an order online seems to be the only way, that is if they remember to update status today I waited almostan hour past the finish time and still k update, I called location over and over but no response, finally I drove down and hadto wait in line to get my order which was completed and had been sitting in warmer for over 45 mins. I honestly thought theservice couldn't be worst at this location but today they proved me wrong, thankfully there is another lil caesars not to farin the other direction so ill spend my money there from now on. Clean store. Neat place in Rosedale Area. But what really got me at a two star rating was how overly baked my pizza was. Way too... crunchy too enjoy. I know some little crunch can be good but this was too much. Read more
