best service always quick food taste amazing

Product is always good. Service is hit or miss. I?ve been there numerous times late at night and it?s my favorite because of how... late they stay open. However, tonight I tried to go in at 8:58, but the doors were locked and everyone inside was cleaning andcompletely ignored me and the line behind me. No where does it say they close earlier than 10pm. And I think it?s quite rude ofthe workers to completely ignore us instead of explaining they closed early for whatever reason. Very disappointing. False advertisement?. I don?t know who?s in charge this Sunday March 20th . But to close a whole hour early is beyond... ridiculous. Their sign says MONDAY- SUNDAY 10am to 10 pm! Got off to the girl mopping not even acknowledging us or letting usknow why they decided to close so EARLY. We drove 20 minutes away with a whole order for my family. The girls particularly Lupe, were very friendly and patient for this first time buyer and visitor. The menu with prices was a... bit hard to see. The place is pretty clean. We ordered the horchata, tostilocos, oreo paleta, orea malt, and two pepino aguas.The horcha was sooooo yummy. It was my favorite purchase. The paleta had chunks of delicious oreo cookies. The tostilocos weregood. The only thing was that the mango had a weird flavor to it. The aguas de pepino were good and I like that they add extrafruit to it. Their snacks ARE DELICIOUS! The mangoneadas are extremely good. The oreo bar is probably the best frozen treat I have ever had.... The staff is extremely helpful and fast! They are all so very positive. We went outside to sit in their outside area and noticedthe table dirty. The young lady in glasses rushed over and cleaned the table before I could even think about leaving. Greateffort. The synchronicity of their team is next level par. The atmosphere is very "hopping" and "colorful." I will continue tobring my family here. Read more
