Well when we got to the window the young woman who was at the register got our order mixed up. We had to tell her our order 3... times and she still didn't seem to get it and she kept talking to us like we were wrong. Read more

I love Krispy Kreme but this location is THE WORST. I placed an online order at 9 am to be picked up at 11:15 am. I showed up... and thought they were working on my order because it was the thanksgiving mini pies that i also ordered. The girl at counterasked me what I was looking for and I told her my name for the pick up order. She went and grabbed my receipt and startedtalking with her coworker and then tells me they aren?t able to fulfill my order? even though there was a box they just finishedpreparing for another customer who wasn?t even there yet??? So I asked her why was another persons order more important thanmine? And she just said I can create a different box or get a refund. I looked at the selection they had left and they hardlyhad anything so I asked for a refund. She just stood there looking at me. So I told her again I would like a refund. She went tothe back and came back stating her supervisor wasn?t available bc they were in Fresno at the moment, but would get my orderrefunded when she came in later that day. I never received a refund. Why keep allowing people to order stuff before you fulfillthe orders of customers who have already paid? And once THEY mess up your order, they don?t even have the decency to do the bareminimum of refunding you for something you never received. Read more
