Man! Whoever put this order was really mad. We ordered extra crispy but got extra soggy. Chicken was really really oily and... tasted like the oil hasn?t been changed in awhile. That?s truly a shame. Highly frustrated at the app, not thestaff, Melanie stepped in and took care of us. She was able to duplicate the special order and we were charged slightly lessthan what we would have been charged in the app. Everything we ordered specifically was prepared just as ordered.
