Yes, this is the 2nd time I visited the store. Placed my order by phone and both times I have felt rushed. I ordered a BLT both... times and I was under the impression that I should know how they were made. My BLT had mayo and I paid for extra bacon. All thatwas good however, I was only given a couple of slivers of lettuce and tomatoes. When I went up to the counter to get my Order Iseen that there was a fly just hanging about the food; I was gonna just walk out. But I decided since I could not prove that thefly was on my food I?ll receive the order this time but will not return. It was of no concern to anybody on the other side ofthe counter whom I know seen the fly. Staffing needs to be revisited. Read more
I went in to pick up my order, I was told that a girl upfront was working on it. After watching a number of customers get... helped by that sandwich server I started to wonder what they meant by working on. So I watched a little closer and another guyoffered to help me, then said first girl was still on it. After a bit another guy that I hadn't seen calls me over and said hegot on it as soon as they told him I was there. I have never been to a Jersey Mike?s Subs before, I was pleasantly surprised when I entered, I think all three employees greeted... me. They have I believe every type of sub sandwich you can think of with your pick of four different types of bread. I ordered amedium ( sizes-small, medium and large) #43 Chipotle cheese steak. I love it! This is my second time here, the first time I was a little hesitant to write a review because the person who made our... sandwich was a bit rude, but then I explained that it was my first time there. She changed her tone and helped us out. Thesandwich was delicious, so we came back. We got a giant sandwich and shared it. It was enough for two people. At the moment,this is our favorite sub place. Purchased a large turkey sub at $8.97. Staff was friendly and helpful and inquired which ingredients I wanted on my sandwich and... made suggestions on add ins. Bread was soft and sandwich ingredients were fresh. It was the best sub sandwich I've had in a longtime. Place was clean and excess staff was cleaning as I left. They have a self pour refill station for beverages with manychoices. They also have plenty of chair & tables inside and chair & tables outside if your so inclined. Parking is in front ofbusiness. Just be careful backing out as hurried drivers use the parking lot to cut across from Coffee Rd to Centennial Plazaway. Read more
