We eat at a JIB frequently. Here's the scoop on this one from our last visit. They have a problem with vagrants. It was... impossible to get inside without being harassed. My wife is blind. So this is important. Inside, they made 3 different errorswith our order. One is bad, two is inexcusable, three? Staff were arguing with each other behind the counter. Really? Wherewas a manager? As we were leaving, a staff member went out and handed a cigarette to one of the homeless. A nice gesture tomake them feel welcome? Oh, well. It will be a long time before we return. Read more

I have been going to this Jacks for 18yrs. I can say that it has for sure gone down. I haven?t visited in awhile and on 6/2/22 I... went by and got two burgers. I got the double cheesy jack and the triple cheesy jack w/lettuce & tomatoes. Well first off theburgers are small, second the burgers looked like it was the last burger of the day, third and final they charged me extra forlettuce and tomato and didn?t include it. I drove home to find this out but returned to store and the attitude of theemployees/manager made it look as if I was a problem when they messed up. They weren?t going to remake my meal until I showedreceipt then the lady just tossed the messed up meal in the trash and made a fresh one(so I think). I get home and ate the mealwithin minutes I ran to bathroom like Usain Bolt. I will never eat here again. Lazy employees and lack of care for quality offood. Read more

Just had the worst experience ever. Took forever to get my food then I had to drive through again to get my complete order. My... tacos had no lettuce and the food ordered for my coworker the loaded tiny tacos had nothing on them. What the heck Jack in theBox. It's not rocket science to get an order right. Spent my whole lunch just trying to get food. Read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. On an 8 hour road trip with a hungry child and it?s suppose to be 24 hours right? Well cones... were blocking drive thru, and people were inside, doing who knows what! Thanks Jack. Read more

Used a digital coupon that wasn't deducted and didn't notice before we paid . The manager was more than happy to re-ring us up... making sure the discount was applied and we were charged the correct amount . We used a debit card and didn't notice he nevercredited back the initial charge so we got to pay extra as two days later when we realized his mistake no one could remember usfor compensation . In addition, I ordered the value fries, crispy....not only were they not crispy, they were barely warm andbarely there, I received about 10 fries in my order. Tried another Jack in the box value fries. This time up on Oswell andMall View . The value of my $1.79 was 17 fries. Be another year before I try again. ???? Read more
