My order was not fulfilled and the supposed manager would not make it right. I intent to get in touch with the district manager... over this. The manager was rude and disrespectful when he was talking to me and laughing with someone else in the store. I willmake sure that the district manager knows how his manager talks to people and does nothing to make it right. The food was as you expect from a Jack in the Box restaurant, so my only reason for a low review is because they forgot a whole... chicken sandwich, straws, and napkins for our drive thru order. I understand that people make mistakes, but I was really lookingforward to a second chicken sandwich as I was really hungry at the time :( The food I did receive was pretty good though(although that may be because I was hungry when I ate it).
