The only issue I had was the way the phone was answered by the female employee. She was speaking very rudely placing me on hold... twice. Not very much of a help or service she gave. I think store owner or manager should talk to employees about phoneetiquette and if they're upset to take a break and continue with their work and not be rude about it with customers. Got a pickup order, when I got home the toppings were incorrect. I live a ways away from this locations so I was a little angry... when I was told that I can't get a refund unless I waste my time to drive back to fix their mistake. I ordered online April 6 2021 They tried double charging me the second charge did not go through I got my pick up order I payed... for which was 48.57 the second charge they tried was 51.44 it charged me for the second charge they put on my card on May 152021 and put my master card with -51.44 and dropped my credit score some I never got the mysterious 2nd order they charged mefor I?ve called the store many times trying to talk to the main boss that runs the store oh call back at 4:00 pm he should behere I call back oh he is not in today I?ve called a lot trying to get in touch with the boss still no help at all and it?s June3rd I still don?t have my money they charged me for. Been going to this place for YEARS. Ordered pizza, wings, and a cookie and the cookie wasn't even baked. I called to let them... know but by the tone of the managers voice I could tell he wasn't going to try to make it right. Not once did he apologize,instead he tried to convince me that I was more or less wrong and I didn't know what I was talking about. I've ordered cookiesfrom there before, I know what it should look and taste like. After I got off the phone I put the cookie pan in my own oven andbaked it for 10 minutes, it came out the correct way and tasted amazing.
