1st time trying Fireshouse. Placed an order for pickup. It was not ready OR started when I arrived at the pick-up time. When I... arrived home and my family opened there sandwiches, we all had wilted and some brown lettuce on all our sandwiches. Makes nosense for being open only an hour. Must have used the previous day's lettuce. So much for fresh. We all had to scrape thelettuce off our sandwiches. Outside of that, the bread was soft and the meat was decent. Ordered 4 large sandwiches three of them 'fully involved'. Fast, courteous service. Super fresh produce.
Ordered 3 sandwiches online to pick up. One of them was the smokehouse brisket and cheddar. The other two were the chicken,... bacon, ranch. The subs were made as ordered. The wait time was 15 minutes to get the order. Had to ask the associate about myorder. Once the order was done she literally threw it on the counter and one of the sandwiches fell out. Last time I am coming here after today. I placed an online order stated to be ready at 11:15a. When I came in, a lady making... sandwiches looked very unhappy and didn't even say anything to me as I stood there. It wasn't until I went to the register wasI asked if I needed help. My sandwich wasn't even made. They made it. I left at 11:23. While the sandwich was being made,the girl with the bleached hair who looked upset was talking to the other girl about her drama with other employees at work. After today, not coming back.
