Came here for the first time with my family and absolutely loved it! We ordered the family meal which comes with 2 whole... chickens, 2 sides of beans, 2 sides of rice, tortillas and salsas. The chicken itself was very delicious, juicy, and tender. Mydad is usually picky about his chicken, but he enjoyed it as well. The restaurant was very clean, and the music contributed to avery nice calm atmosphere. We'll be visiting again in the future for sure! Read more

Yesterday was the first time my partner and I finally tried this place out and sooo glad we did ! We tried the pollo combo which... includes rice,beans, and tortillas. The chicken was sooo flavorful, juicy, and soft. I hope nothing ever changes because thechicken was cooked to perfection! The hot sauce they provide is amazing ! I love a good spicy salsa. The green one was myfavorite. I also tried the Argentinan sausage which was great! The restaurant is very clean and I believe the managers name isJoe who was very welcoming and made sure our food was satisfying and if we had any additional questions. 05/22/2022 I found this restaurant through Yelp's 10 best cheap eats in Bakersfield. Solid Cuban sandwich! Footlong for... $11.99. I enjoyed it. I also ordered a beef empanada for $2.99. Delicious! I got the mild sauce for dipping which tasted freshlymade. Staff was friendly. Dining area was clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and I will be back to try the chickenand yuca if I'm still in the area! Decent amount of parking. In a strip mall with other restaurants. I was expecting another Mexican place (and I love Mexican food) but was pleasantly surprised to see Cuban and other assorted... Latin American cuisine making up the bulk of the menu. I came in around 4:30 pm. It wasn?t very busy. Ade was behind the counter, she was preoccupied, apparently she was ending her... shift, nevertheless she took my order. I ordered a full chicken dinner. After about 15 minutes I asked about my order, anothernice man said they were working on my order, Ade said it takes up to 15 minutes for the food, I said it would be nice if I waswarned. Came in on word of mouth from a friend and it hit beyond our expectations! We did the whole chicken combo, pupusas revuelta,... tostones, yucca fritas and Guyaba pastelitos. OMG those tostones were huge! I tried their mild salsa, and it was so flavorfuland not over powering spicy at all. The handy cap parking which isn't their fault is on the furthest corner of the restaurant sothat was difficult to get to. Now for that chicken, the flavor, the appearance the whole package was delicious. Staff were veryhelpful and beyond courteous. This place is simple awesome, the food here is absolutely amazing, fantastic. It's hard to find a place where everything tastes... so good, from deserts all the way to the main entrée everything tastes so great, I mean it, you should come and try it, it'saround $20 per person (Assuming you eat a lot) but totally worth it, their food is also is a fusion between central America andSouth America, it's the only place in bakersfield that'd find like this.
