Horrible experience the girl at the drive thru was very rude it was my family?s first time going there and we wanted to look at... the menu, there was no one behind us and she kept asking us if we were ready even tho we explained to her we had never beenthere we asked her questions and she was rude and bothered that we didn?t know the menu, we wasted more time saying I?m stilllooking at the menu than the actual time we looked at the menu finally upset I asked what was her problem and to let me look at(f?$$) menu she then refused to keep taking my order to which I understand (never have I lost my temper before ) I drive up tothe window and she is laughing with another coworker and they go and hide I waited the manager came up and I told him and hetold me he would take care of it after his lunch I told him to give me corporate?s number and he refused I will never go backagain and I?ll call corporate tomorrow thanks to Dutch Bros for their great customer service and putting a smile on my faceafterwards. They are literally the worse. I ordered 3 donuts on Uber and they are out. They refused to cancel them from my order and are... forcing me to request a refund from Uber. Telling me ?that?s how the app works?. As if I don?t know the business side of it. YouCAN cancel out of stock items. We shouldn?t be forced to add to our ?requested refunds? total. They are literally a donut shopwith no donuts at 2pm on a Sunday. They won?t make more or replace with something else, nor refund our money. The woman whoanswered the phone was hella rude too. They typically send all of our drinks iced when we order them half hot. we haven?tordered in over a year bc of the LARGE amount of issues we have and we retried just to be robbed of our money. If we orderagain, it?ll be from Allen road if we aren?t forced to go here by the app ( which SUCKS by the way bc they are rude here). Allowed me to order on line for in store pi kup. Arrived and lobby is closed with no warning or sign during ordering. Long wait... in drive thru to get my already paid for hot coffee and breakfast sandwich that were cold by the time I received them. One ofthe top 3 worst Dunkin experiences ever. Employees were extremely rude and did not respond to any ?thank you, good morning, or have a great day?. I am not expecting... everybody to be super happy at 7:00am but Im also awake and driving to work an hour from Bakersfield while being jet lagged andstill at least find a way of making my day pass less miserably. Also, food was burnt. I dont usually go to dunkin? since Im fromthe east coast and rely on Wawa mostly and this experience reminded me why I dont visit your restaurants. I would rather give no stars. My first and last time at this place. First off slower than any drive thru in town. I waited 24... minutes in line. Boxed in couldn?t leave. Then when I placed an order of a coffee with hazelnut cream, attitude is all I got.They made me repeat order 4 times, then when I got to window the person would not open the window, when she finally did she kepttelling me she couldn?t hear me, then a manager came to window and did the same. It?s obvious they have too much business sinceI drove off without my order. This place is a miss, slow, and unbelievably rude. Go at your own risk, a big disappointment. Read more
My husband brought breakfast Croissants and it was burned on both sides. This is the second time this has happened.
Awful!!! They serve you anything and get a attitude when you ask for fresh food... They hire anyone, let anyone be a so called... manager they should be ashame but they not don't know why they even come to work they while staff need to just stay home andcollect unemployment sure they would if they could because they clearly hate they job. The breakfast croissant was burnt and there was no sausage in it even though I ordered it with sausage.
