10/9/22 as me and my young daughter went in in the afternoon; there was not one customer and the two servers were chatting. They... immediately got up as they saw us coming in and no hello ; they went inside. I asked them why they were leaving and not greetingus . We asked for Mac and cheese and some appetizer; one of them immediately said that they didn?t have it as the other girlgave me the kill stare look . Recently went during lunch as part of my Father?s bday lunch. I?ve been to this location a few times before and the service has... always been great as the workers are always very friendly and accommodating. The quality of food and portions also match whatyou pay for. The BBQ sauce options and sweet tea is a huge bonus. Food orders are made very quickly, so the wait time is prettymuch non existent. I would highly recommend Dickey?s BBQ at this location for dine in or take out. Read more
Brisket and chicken were so dry. Mac and cheese & potatoes taste like a microwave dinner meal. Go to Salty?s down the street... they?re 100x better. Never going back to thus place such a waste of money. Read more

I have a great time at this Dickeys they are very friendly and knowledgeable . I ordered brisket and ribs so good. the sides... were great also Mac and Cheese and slaw. love that they have QR codes for easy reviews. Read more

I made an online order at 12:11 with a pick up time of 12:16. I showed up about 12:25 to pick my food up. I was told they were... working on it and it would be out shortly. I was assured my order would be right up. At 12:45 I protested again and the employeeworking the register said he couldn't find my order and asked me to get in the back of the line to order food. I told them I wasleaving and not to worry about making my food. One of the other employees made snide comments to me each time I inquired aboutmy order. In short: I was charged $18 for a lunch that I waited 20 minutes for, which I never did receive. Dickey'sapologized, said they would refund the order, and offered to pay for my next meal.
