I came here with my family for a small escape from the heat .. my family and I waited in line until it was our turn to be... served ... The associates helped my mom, my brother, and I while my other brother waited for his turn .. there were two peoplein line behind my brother . . The associate then began to help the people behind my brother instead of helping him.. my familyand I were there first so I feel our family should've been served first and then move to the next group behind us. Theseassociates need better training.. I felt that was really rude and I don't like using the race card but I feel that was the casehere. . the associate helped the wife and husband that were behind my brother instead of helping him first ... An innocent icecream outing just turned into something ugly... I won't be coming here again... I will continue to spend my money at BaskinRobbins instead .. I have never experienced this problem at Baskin Robbins. Read more
