I would highly suggest their signature ice creams. The staff is very nice. They also work very fast. I posted a picture of the... statues in front using a 360 camera. Ordered a custom decorated cake from Cold Stone. Charged $43 the day before and this is what they delivered. Talked with 2... supervisors about a refund. Told the manager would contact me. Never heard a word from anyone. Birthday was ruined do tolaziness and shady business practices. Love their ice cream. Absolutely a favorite in my house. My family of 6 goes here every weekend. It?s kind of hit and miss with... portion sizes though. Sometimes they fill it correctly, sometimes your portions could easily fit into the smaller container forcheaper. I don?t complain, I usually just let it be, but it?s become a common thing so, this one time I asked nicely for alittle more in one as it was clearly way less than the rest, and the original girl helping was very rude and irritated, but ourusual girl had zero problem doing it for me and was very nice, as always. But I could tell the girl who originallyhelped/scooped the ice cream and checked us out when paying wanted nothing to do with me. Kinda sad. Even my kid noticed and itmade him feel terrible. It's usually good but kind of hit and miss. I ordered the large size cup and the serving didn't even reach the top of the cup. I... ordered a size smaller for the kids and it rose well over an inch above brim of the cup probably equaling or exceeding theserving in the larger cup. Plenty of choices of ice cream and great specials. The ice cream is also great. If you want to try something besides your... average single scoop of vanilla ice cream, I would suggest trying one of their signature creations. Super good stuff. The ice cream here is not very good to me for some reason. I had a craving for a good sorbet and ordered their pink lemonade... sorbet. How disappointing. Not strong and tart and not strong in flavor either. Just tasted very sweet. Tried my brother'sfrench vanilla and it was weak also. Wasn't a good quality, strong vanilla, nor was the milk and cream base that pleasurable. Read more
